WITHDRAWAL POLICY — FlowParent

This is a translation for your convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

This policy applies to consumers who take out a FlowParent subscription (monthly or yearly) or buy an additional AI allowance.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by a clear statement (e.g. an email or a letter sent by post). You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.

You can also withdraw online, without signing in: https://flowparent.app/en/kuendigen (option “Withdraw from subscription” or “Withdraw from allowance purchase”). We'll confirm receipt by email.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notice of withdrawal. We will use the same means of payment you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

If you requested that the service begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportionate to what has been provided until you informed us of your withdrawal from this contract, compared with the full coverage of the contract.

What this means for FlowParent:

• Subscription: the subscription ends immediately when you withdraw. You pay proportionately for the time used up to then; you get back the share of the last paid period that lies after your withdrawal. If you haven't paid anything yet (e.g. during the trial), nothing is due.
• Additional allowance: you pay proportionately for the allowance used up to your withdrawal; you get the rest back.

NOTE FOR SWITZERLAND

In Switzerland there is no statutory right of withdrawal for such contracts. We voluntarily grant you the right of withdrawal described here on the same terms. You can also cancel a subscription at any time to the end of its term, likewise at https://flowparent.app/en/kuendigen.
